  • We'll start with a consultation to determine your needs and make a plan.

  • I’m in network with many major insurance companies. I’ll ask for your insurance information before we meet and will share a cost estimate.

  • To make the most of therapy:

    • Reflect on what you hope to achieve

    • Keep track of thoughts, feelings, or patterns you want to discuss

    • Be honest, even about difficult topics

    • Complete any between-session exercises or recommendations

    • Attend sessions regularly and arrive on time

    • Give yourself space after sessions to process

  • There's no standard duration for therapy. Some people benefit from short-term therapy (8-12 sessions) focused on specific issues, while others prefer longer-term support for ongoing growth. You and your therapist will regularly assess your progress and adjust the treatment plan accordingly.

  • You don't need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Consider therapy if you:

    • Feel overwhelmed by emotions or life changes

    • Notice patterns in relationships or behaviors you'd like to change

    • Experience persistent anxiety, sadness, or stress

    • Want to understand yourself better or work on personal growth

    • Are dealing with past trauma or difficult experiences

    • Find it hard to cope with daily responsibilities
