To make the most of therapy:
Reflect on what you hope to achieve
Keep track of thoughts, feelings, or patterns you want to discuss
Be honest, even about difficult topics
Complete any between-session exercises or recommendations
Attend sessions regularly and arrive on time
Give yourself space after sessions to process

There's no standard duration for therapy. Some people benefit from short-term therapy (8-12 sessions) focused on specific issues, while others prefer longer-term support for ongoing growth. You and your therapist will regularly assess your progress and adjust the treatment plan accordingly.

You don't need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Consider therapy if you:
Feel overwhelmed by emotions or life changes
Notice patterns in relationships or behaviors you'd like to change
Experience persistent anxiety, sadness, or stress
Want to understand yourself better or work on personal growth
